Return & Exchange Policy

What is the return and exchange period?

You may return the product(s) within 3 days or exchange them within 7 days from the date of receiving the order (the delivery date recorded by the shipping company will be considered). The customer will bear the shipping cost (SAR 28.75) for both return and exchange.

How and where can I return or exchange my order?

  • You can contact our customer service via the phone numbers or email listed on the "Contact Us" page and provide them with your details (Order Number – Customer Name) to receive the return shipping instructions.
  • You can also go to the (Return/Exchange link), fill in the required fields, and follow the instructions.

What are the return and exchange conditions?

1.     Products purchased during discounts/offers or with discount vouchers may be returned within 1 day only, and exchanged within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.

2.     For online orders, the return and exchange process must be completed online only and cannot be processed at our stores.

3.     Perfumes, candles, towels, and all types of textiles cannot be returned or exchanged.

4.     A product can be exchanged for another product of the same or higher price. Exchange for a lower-priced product is not allowed.

5.     Products must be returned in their original packaging without scratches or accidental damage.

6.     Products must be returned with all original accessories or attachments.

7.     Orders can be canceled within 24 hours without fees if they have not been shipped.

8.     In case of cancellation after shipping, the purchase amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping cost from the original amount paid.

9.     Gift vouchers, gift cards, and digital products in general cannot be returned or exchanged.

10.  Discount voucher codes will be sent to the customer within 24 hours for prepaid orders, and within 24 hours after delivery and collection of payment in case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

11.  Please check the products carefully upon delivery. If you contact us after the allowed return/exchange period, the policy will apply, and no return or exchange will be permitted.

12.  Blends reserves the right not to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that are intact, free from defects, and fully compliant with specifications for orders outside Saudi Arabia. Customers must provide customer service with valid proof showing that the product arrived with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

How will I receive my refund?

The refund will be processed to the same card used for payment. Refunds will be completed within 7–14 business days (depending on the card type and bank). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to the customer's personal bank account after confirming the product is returned in good condition.
